Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement defined enhancements for operations projects from initiation to finalization.

• Investigate inquiries and convert findings into concise summaries that aid in decision-making.

• Monitor and coordinate operations projects across various teams to ensure no tasks are left unattended.

• Develop clear procedures for the operations documentation library.

• Maintain handbooks and support documentation to ensure they are current, accessible, and user-friendly.

• Provide support for the CRM and additional third-party tools.

• Organize and refine data, create views and reports, and address daily inquiries from GTM teams.

• Assist People Operations in upholding standards and processes related to hiring, onboarding, training, and other organizational operations.

• Aid in scheduling and coordinating company-wide meetings and events.

• Carry out other responsibilities that reasonably fall within the job classification.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced team.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for inconsistencies and trends.

• Process-driven and capable of transforming disorganized tasks into clear, repeatable processes.

• Inquisitive and open to coaching.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to navigate obstacles independently.

• Reliable executor who adheres to plans and identifies potential roadblocks early.

• Interested in managing small projects from inception to completion while progressing towards larger initiatives.

• Proficient in working with data in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to identify patterns or errors.

• Excellent and professional communication skills across various functions.

• Practical experience with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus.

• Familiarity with automation workflows or similar detail-oriented projects is advantageous.

• Previous experience with internal dashboard or database systems like Notion or GitBook is beneficial.
