This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and assess K-12 student activities to pinpoint safety or well-being issues that necessitate intervention.
• Uphold quality and efficiency standards to swiftly provide actionable insights to emergency contacts.
• Liaise with school district clients and specified emergency contacts regarding student-related incidents.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and emails concerning student incidents.
• Utilize sound judgment and relevant prior experience to make decisions that prioritize student safety.
• Document and maintain clear incident records in Salesforce CRM.
• Recognize patterns and leverage research to inform decision-making.
• Partner with Operations Analysts to propose decision-making strategies.
• Collaborate with departmental leadership to establish processes and protocols.
• Review decisions made by others for precision and effectiveness.
• Function as an individual contributor, taking full responsibility for outcomes.
• Report directly to the Operations Supervisor.
• Work on first/second shift schedules, including weekends, for four 10-hour days per week.
• Proficient in using a variety of desktop and web-based applications.
• Background in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field or degree.
• Comfortable communicating sensitive information via email, text, and phone.
• Ability to maintain focus on the same task for extended periods without interruption.
• Capable of processing substantial amounts of content quickly and accurately.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills.
• Confident in working independently and autonomously within a virtual team setting.
• Proven ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of ownership of personal outcomes and contributions to departmental and company objectives.
• Enthusiastic about continuous improvement and open to managing change.
• Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Job-related access to protected data must occur within the United States.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.
• A private, dedicated workspace with minimal disruption is required.
• Ability to view sensitive and graphic content, including material that may contain nudity.
• Capability to work up to ten hours a day on a computer, reading from a screen, and sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours based on workload.
• Experience with Salesforce, Service Cloud, Slack, and Sling is preferred.
• This position is fully remote.
