Operations Resource

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the portfolio president to enhance and expedite outcomes for the home health, hospice, and home care sectors in California.

• Assist in the transition of new acquisitions and agency startups to achieve financial, clinical, cultural, and community objectives.

• Provide support to newly established or underperforming agencies in business development, operational efficiency, and growth in census.

• Share best practices in business development and aid in increasing agency census.

• Offer guidance on challenges associated with expanding small, startup operations.

• Consult on marketing and branding strategies, including online presence and tactics.

• Deliver direct training and assistance to local teams.

• Aid local leadership in talent identification and development.

• Seek out and recruit potential Clinical Integration Teams (CITs), Executive Directors (EDs), clinical leaders, business development staff, and other essential roles for market development.

• Assemble leadership teams for new acquisitions, startups, and underperforming agencies.

• Report directly to the Cornerstone Healthcare Portfolio President, Robert Weger.

⛳️ Requirements

• Attend portfolio/market leader calls regularly (at least once a month).

• Participate in market/cluster meetings for currently supported agencies.

• Regularly report on progress concerning supported agencies to the portfolio president and executive directors.

• Compile and create best practices for business development aimed at new and emerging agencies.
