This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality audits and evaluations of timesheet data entry and processing, invoice data entry and processing, and purchase order processing.

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of transactions across various systems.

• Implement quality control reviews in line with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Examine rejected transactions and provide prompt feedback to supervisors.

• Regularly perform at or above the established Quality Assurance performance metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure that transactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.

• Maintain independence from transaction processing tasks to uphold segregation of duties.

• Alert leadership about high-risk, recurring, or systemic issues as necessary.

• Validate and manage cases that require follow-up from external customers.

• Act as a subject matter expert and first-level support for processors on quality-related inquiries.

• Keep audit documentation and supporting evidence organized.

• Clearly, accurately, and objectively document audit findings.

• Communicate errors, exceptions, and compliance concerns to supervisors for resolution.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members regarding operational processes and quality standards.

• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations to supervisors.

• Consistently achieve departmental Quality Assurance KPIs and service level expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.

• Significant professional experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.

• 2-5 years of experience in operational quality assurance, auditing, shared services, payroll operations, accounts payable, procurement, or similar administrative functions.

• Experience in a high-volume operational or shared services environment.

• Familiarity with purchase order, timekeeping, invoice processing, or other operational transaction workflows.
