This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Transform follow-ups from consecutive client calls into organized, accountable, deadline-driven tasks.

• Take charge of project management following client meetings—documenting 15–30 action items per session.

• Direct and facilitate the completion of action items using Asana.

• Handle routine administrative tasks, including comprehensive internal billing and payment tracking.

• Produce lower-complexity client-facing written communications in the partner's voice.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in operations, project management, founder's associate, or chief-of-staff roles at companies with 2–50 employees, having owned at least one workflow from start to finish.

• Proficient in Asana (or a similar project management tool such as ClickUp, Monday, or Trello), including the ability to create task boards with clear assignments, context, and deadlines.

• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT and/or Claude) utilized in real-world scenarios for drafting, reviewing, and problem-solving.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including working knowledge of Excel, in addition to Microsoft Outlook for managing multiple email inboxes.

• Direct experience providing support to a US-based partner, founder, or principal, including producing client-facing written communications.

• Proven experience managing a recurring billing, invoicing, or payment-tracking process from start to end.

• C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) for effective video, phone, and written communication with US clients.
