Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Implement campaign configurations in Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Oversee list uploads, segmentation, and tracking link management

• Conduct regular data audits, deduplication, and pipeline monitoring for regional reporting

• Keep execution spreadsheets, operational dashboards, and budget records updated daily and weekly

• Administer project boards in ClickUp

• Evaluate new workflows

• Create documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to enhance and expand regional marketing operations

⛳️ Requirements

• CV must be submitted in English

• 1-3 years of practical experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or data administration

• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce

• Proficiency in Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform

• Strong Excel capabilities, encompassing VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation

• Familiarity with ClickUp or Asana

• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a relevant field

• Proactive problem-solving skills and outstanding attention to detail
