Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, oversee check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Supervise and track business performance using the ALB platform.

• Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, when applicable, and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust-based relationships.

• Self-motivated with the capability to establish an independent business.

• Interest in creating a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous; however, specific industry experience is not mandatory.
