Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including photographs, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

• Manage reservations and maintain positive guest relations.

• Communicate with guests and oversee the check-in process.

• Address and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Oversee operations using the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Independent contractor or freelance status is required.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Self-motivated and autonomous.

• Interest in developing a consistent, long-term income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is beneficial, but not mandatory.
