Operations Manager – Property Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Managing cases in policy administration with an emphasis on property and legal expenses insurance for individual clients

• Conducting outbound calls related to contract issues

• Engaging in test management activities

• Collaborating with our service providers

• Assisting in the ongoing design and enhancement of processes

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance industry

• Relevant experience in customer service pertaining to property and legal expenses insurance

• Strong dedication to customer service and support

• Excellent communication abilities

• Passion for new technologies and proficient in using standard IT systems and communication platforms

• Collaborative and solution-focused mindset

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written
