Operations Manager – Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a selection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, launch, and refine property listings, including visuals, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing techniques to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, encompassing messaging, check-ins, and resolving disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorships and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Strong persuasion skills to establish trust and rapport with property owners.

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Self-motivation and independence suitable for self-employment.
