Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create, manage, and refine property listings, including images, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Implement flexible pricing strategies to optimize revenue.

• Handle reservations and maintain guest relations, including communication, check-in processes, and conflict resolution.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Build relationships with new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Background in real estate, sales, or other relevant fields is advantageous.
