Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine property listings, incorporating high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and effective SEO techniques.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address guest communications, oversee check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through a referral program and earn commissions based on their business activities.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong motivation and self-sufficiency.
