Operations Manager, Property Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, focusing on images, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue potential.

• Handle reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address inquiries and manage check-ins and any disputes that may arise.

• Organize housekeeping and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Conduct operations via the ALB platform.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
