Operations Manager – eCommerce, DTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a rapidly expanding DTC health and wellness eCommerce company

• Develop and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows

• Establish processes and documentation within Notion

• Manage supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service

• Detect and resolve operational bottlenecks

• Handle cross-functional projects and prioritize tasks

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

• Ensure that employees have the necessary systems and access

• Deliver operational reports to executives

• Foster accountability across various departments

• Extensive experience in eCommerce management

• Demonstrated ability in developing SOPs and processes

• Strong background in supply chain management

• Experience working across multiple functions within a scaled DTC brand is highly advantageous
