Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional operational initiatives from inception to execution, managing plans, timelines, milestones, success metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

• Create, document, and deploy scalable operational procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and internal playbooks.

• Establish and uphold ClickUp workflows, automations, and project templates; recognize opportunities for automation.

• Develop dashboards, reports, and operational metrics to enhance visibility for leadership.

• Collaborate with leaders across Clinical Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, HR, Finance, and Product.

• Oversee operational documentation and knowledge management, including implementation guides, process maps, and training materials.

• Assist with vendor onboarding, executive summaries, project updates, action item tracking, and high-priority operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, or program management.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution.

• Proficient in creating SOPs, workflows, and business documentation.

• Strong skills in process improvement and operational problem-solving.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• No specific degree or certification required; PMP or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.

• Must be available to work in the Eastern time zone.
