Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of designated clients' Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.

• Manage inventory while determining replenishment priorities, assessing stockout risks, and addressing excess inventory issues.

• Organize and manage shipments to Amazon warehouses.

• Assist with new product launches by facilitating operational setup.

• Upload and refresh product content within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

• Track listing and product performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

• Communicate with Amazon Support to investigate and resolve operational challenges.

• Generate and maintain reports detailing sales performance, inventory levels, and pertinent business metrics.

• Evaluate product performance across various lines, variations, and categories.

• Suggest product and activity priorities based on sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant information.

• Identify operational issues, explore their causes, and devise practical solutions.

• Research and address unfamiliar Amazon-related challenges.

• Execute assigned operational tasks and recommendations in alignment with client objectives.

• Engage in training, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and associated tools.

• Foster client business growth through precise execution, data-driven insights, and proactive problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central platforms.

• Familiarity with Amazon's operational landscape, including inventory management, product setup, shipments, promotions, and content uploads.

• Experience utilizing Amazon-related tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.

• Proficient spreadsheet skills with the ability to analyze, organize, and interpret numerical data.

• Capability to analyze sales and inventory data to pinpoint replenishment priorities, potential stockouts, and overstock situations.

• Competence in calculating inventory needs based on sales performance, average daily sales, replenishment timelines, and desired stock levels.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

• Skill in identifying patterns and opportunities across products, product lines, variations, and categories.

• Ability to recommend business priorities based on available data and articulate those recommendations.

• Understanding of how factors such as inventory availability, product performance, pricing, promotions, and content impact Amazon sales and growth.

• Ability to identify information gaps and determine additional data required for decision-making.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to independently investigate challenges and evaluate solutions.

• Experience communicating with Amazon Support or addressing operational issues within Seller Central or Vendor Central.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy concerning product information, inventory figures, and operational tasks.

• Ability to produce clear reports and communicate findings, recommendations, and subsequent steps.

• Initiative to take charge and follow through on responsibilities.

• Capacity to operate across various Amazon marketplaces and support multiple client brands.

• Genuine interest in Amazon, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

• Adaptability to changes in the Amazon platform and willingness to learn new processes or tools.
