Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, list, and optimize property listings, ensuring high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and effective SEO.

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.

• Manage bookings and cultivate positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners for potential partnerships.

• Expand a portfolio of managed properties.
