Operations Lead, Coaching

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop the onboarding engine that transitions a new coach from offer to their initial learner call swiftly and confidently, aiming for a throughput of three times the current volume.

• Manage the coach operating system: tools, access, partner context, and policies, ensuring coaches focus on coaching rather than searching for information.

• Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement lasting solutions (automation, improved tools, clearer processes) instead of temporary fixes.

• Take charge of the data associated with coaching: maintain databases and key metrics to empower leadership in making informed staffing and program decisions.

• Transform coach feedback into strategic updates for systems and processes.

• Collaborate with Program and Client Success to effectively staff client engagements, leveraging coaching as a strategic tool for client outcomes.

• Assist in designing the recruitment and management processes for coaches as the team and work evolve.

• Work in close partnership with Program and Client Success, as well as Product and Engineering, to influence the evolution of coaching at Pathstream.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a similar field, preferably in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in building or restructuring a process or system, with tangible results to showcase.

• You thrive on variety and seek to automate, template, or eliminate repetitive tasks.

• Proficient with data: spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards. You leverage numbers strategically for immediate operations and future planning.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple moving parts, and composed when priorities change.

• Effective communicator with clear writing skills, earning the trust of colleagues across various teams.

• Passionate about education, coaching, or fostering personal growth in the workplace.
