Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance daily business operations to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Create, implement, and refine operational processes, workflows, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and HR to facilitate execution.

• Track operational KPIs and generate regular reports for leadership.

• Detect bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement, and apply practical solutions.

• Manage vendor relationships and assist with procurement or external partnerships as necessary.

• Aid in budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasting.

• Organize strategic projects and ensure timely delivery across teams.

• Develop documentation, SOPs, and internal policies to promote scalability and consistency.

• Foster an operational culture that emphasizes accountability, agility, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a similar role.

• Background in tech, fintech, crypto, or Web3 is highly desirable.

• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance processes and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, remote teams.

• Proficient with data, reporting, and operational planning tools.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is an advantage.

• Familiarity with crypto wallets, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset products is preferred.

• Previous experience in creating SOPs, dashboards, and operational frameworks is a plus.

• Knowledge in compliance, risk, or customer operations is beneficial.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence.
