Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate idea submissions and other stage-wise entries for Grades 11 and 12 to determine their quality, relevance, completeness, and alignment with program objectives.

• Analyze students’ business concepts and categorize schools based on established quality criteria.

• Monitor submission status and program progress among private schools, identifying and flagging any delayed or incomplete submissions.

• Maintain an organized tracker to assess submission quality, monitor school-wise progress, and identify recurring issues and areas for enhancement.

• Synthesize findings to uncover common challenges, develop targeted support strategies for educators and students, and enhance program implementation.

• A strong interest in the education and development sector.

• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi (reading and comprehension).

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Basic skills in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
