This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and authorize loan applications in collaboration with the review team.
• Assist borrowers through text and phone communications during fundraising initiatives.
• Oversee borrower delinquency and create action plans to help borrowers regain stability.
• Lead initiatives to enhance processes and infrastructure within operations.
• Work with U.S. Partnerships colleagues to enhance the experience of Kiva U.S. partners.
• Engage in cross-functional projects that elevate the value provided to entrepreneurs by Kiva.
• Gather, analyze, and implement feedback from applicants, borrowers, and partners to drive internal and external changes.
• Gather stories from Kiva U.S. borrowers and support initiatives focused on impact storytelling.
• Enhance training materials and resources available for Capital Access Managers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the borrower experience and take part in loan application evaluations.
• Aid in analysis and project-based tasks in areas such as communications, data analysis, product management, partner success, strategic partnerships, and impact.
• Must be at least 21 years old by January 12, 2027.
• Willing to commit to the full duration of the 6-month term.
• Possess strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over your work.
• Enjoy problem-solving and building relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive and capable of working independently.
• Well-organized individual suited for a start-up environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Kiva is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• Availability for 24–32 hours per week from January 12, 2027, to June 30, 2027.
