Operations Development Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in an 18-month structured rotational program encompassing operational, technical, and customer-oriented roles.

• Assist in the operation and performance of Symbotic's automated systems.

• Develop foundational knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service functions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and performance outcomes.

• Evaluate operational data, pinpoint areas for improvement, and support corrective measures.

• Complete capstone projects that contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Engage in continuous training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.

• Transition into leadership roles within Customer Operations and related functions following successful program completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proactive and collaborative work style.

• Enthusiasm for technology, operations, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Willingness to relocate and travel as necessary during the program.

• Flexible working hours, overtime, and travel may be required.

• Proven leadership potential and a desire to inspire cross-functional or cross-facility teams.

• Up to 75% travel may be necessary.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer sites.

• Capacity to work in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit.

• Ability to safely lift items up to 50 lbs and move items weighing up to 80 lbs.

• Capability to stand or walk for up to 10–12 hours.

• Ability to work at heights of up to 45 feet and in restricted spaces of 24 inches.

• Competence in performing physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, gripping, and repetitive movements.

• Must adhere to all safety standards and protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection measures.
