Operations Coordinator, Utilities Vertical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute planning phases before, during, and after missions, as well as mission execution and data quality assurance.

• Collaborate with clients and Zeitview Senior Field Operations Specialists (FOS) to assess logistics and scheduling constraints.

• Oversee field operations for data collection in partnership with Field Leads.

• Address or escalate operational challenges while maintaining proactive communication with clients.

• Comprehend and adhere to drone capabilities, regulations related to drones and airspace, and established standard operating procedures.

• Tackle real-time issues concerning customers, software, SME reporting, billing, and field operations.

• Offer on-demand assistance to Senior FOSs and clients for general inquiries.

• Utilize Zeitview’s software platforms available online, on desktop, and mobile devices.

• Work in conjunction with Account Management and field QAQC teams, including submitting bug reports.

• Keep track of the assigned vertical’s pipeline and manage all statuses accordingly.

• Identify gaps in processes and procedures and report them to the Operations Manager.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a related field, ideally in a dynamic, client-facing setting.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail.

• Capacity to work remotely and coordinate efficiently with a fully remote team.

• Keen interest in technology and the drone industry.

• Familiarity with drone operations and regulations is advantageous.

• Proven capability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in high-pressure and rapidly evolving situations.

• Proficient in scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack.

• Strong sense of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive problem-solving approach and readiness to take charge of tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
