This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +18 more locations.
• Review forthcoming trips to ensure all details are complete and accurate prior to service
• Address phone calls and emails from transportation providers
• Identify, negotiate with, and secure last-minute transportation providers
• Manage scheduling conflicts, alterations to trips, cancellations, and service interruptions
• Elevate complex operational challenges and guarantee timely follow-up and resolution
• Collaborate with L&CS, Sales, and Operations teams to address customer and provider concerns
• Supervise active trips and communicate any delays, provider changes, and operational difficulties
• Record provider communications, trip modifications, and resolutions in internal systems
• Compile weekly operational reports and inform Regional Leads about provider performance and ongoing issues
• Adhere to operational procedures and service-level expectations while pinpointing workflow enhancements
• Over 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination
• Background in transportation, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Capacity to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask
• Customer-oriented approach with a dedication to outstanding service
• Willingness to adjust to shifting priorities and learn new systems or processes
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Candidates based in the U.S. must live in one of the designated hiring states
