Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the company van fleet.

• Install roof racks and equipment specific to the company within the vans.

• Organize and monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs.

• Keep accurate fleet records, including registrations, insurance, maintenance history, and compliance documentation.

• Ensure all vehicles meet company safety standards and comply with local regulations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse space.

• Oversee inventory, storage systems, and equipment tracking.

• Receive and send out materials and packages.

• Prepare equipment for Unit Loads and assist with loading operations.

• Support Field Staff during loading days.

• Coordinate the return and unloading of equipment during End-of-Season Maintenance.

• Assist with cleaning, repairs, reallocation, and resetting of the warehouse.

• Ensure the daily functionality of hub spaces and carry out minor repairs.

• Manage small-scale facility enhancements and coordinate with external contractors.

• Aid in leading and coordinating temporary staff.

• Offer structure, guidance, and support to seasonal employees.

• Work closely with the Operations Lead.

• Collaborate with European hubs on planning, inventory management, and logistics alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, facility, or operational roles.

• Comfortable with physical tasks and basic repair work.

• Practical, proactive, and adept at solution-oriented problem-solving.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Valid driver’s license and confidence in driving vans and trailers.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Familiarity with BR OPS systems: OPS Dashboard, Ascent, and Command Centre.

• AI skills are a plus.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Croatian is preferred.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
