📋 Description

• Accept applications from candidates interested in future employment opportunities at Mighty Acorn.

• Evaluate submitted resumes to determine potential suitability for upcoming roles.

• Compile promising candidates into a candidate pool and inform them when openings arise.

• Connect candidates with a professional services firm that specializes in modern software development, DevSecOps, and scalable infrastructure for government digital services.

• Ability to work effectively, occasionally under tight deadlines.

• Preference for open communication with a focus on transparency.

• Capacity to quickly adapt and manage temporarily unclear situations as requirements evolve.

• Work must be conducted from within the contiguous United States.

• Active US citizenship or possession of a green card is required.

• Work authorization must not necessitate current or future visa sponsorship by Mighty Acorn Digital.

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check before the start date.

• Fast (>100Mbps) and dependable internet connection is essential.

• A dedicated workspace with minimal background noise suitable for audio calls is required.

• Significant and relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: state law compliance; federal law compliance; HR laws/regulations; contract compliance review; budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow scenario planning, and analysis; recruiting/interviewing; business/employment taxes; research projects; event and travel planning (minimum 1 year).
