This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers in the Netherlands via phone and email to address inquiries, gather missing information, and provide updates on installations.

• Reach out to installers in the Netherlands to verify availability, arrange bookings, and share job details.

• Ensure that customers and installers remain informed when dates change or practical challenges emerge.

• Collaborate with the broader Operations team as necessary.

• Monitor ongoing installations, documenting progress and next steps within Done's platform.

• Leverage conversations with customers and installers to enhance communication and operational methods for the Dutch market.

• Work directly with Done's team based in Sweden to develop operations in the Netherlands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.

• Familiarity with the Dutch market and an understanding of local customer expectations.

• Comfortable communicating in English with colleagues.

• Confident in phone communication.

• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-up actions.

• Quick to learn with an interest in technology, energy products, and installation processes.

• Experience in customer service, coordination, operations, or the energy sector is advantageous.

• Residing in Sweden, as the position is based there.

• Adaptable to a variable workload with a gradual onboarding process.

• Student status is not mandatory; however, pursuing a university degree in engineering, industrial engineering and management, business, or a related field in Sweden may be beneficial for the role.
