Operations Associate – Hiring, Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the trial period.

• In hiring operations: manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, funnel oversight, tracker upkeep, and pinpoint areas for process improvement.

• In client delivery operations: organize, brief, pursue, and deliver client work; ensure timelines are adhered to and prevent delays.

• Recognize any oversights, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make substantial daily choices and take accountability for the results of those decisions.

• Identify when processes are faltering and communicate issues transparently and honestly.

• Make decisions on active projects during the paid trial and act on direct feedback received.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is full-time once hired, and it will be your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day, including 2 hours at a set time within the working day; you may retain your current job during this period.

• If successful, provide notice and transition to full-time employment within 30 days.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, verified in real time.

• Proficient written English skills are required.

• Candidates must be based in Romania.

• Track working hours using the company's time tracking tool from the first day.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Capable of completing the application, asynchronous interview, aptitude assessments, video introduction, verification, paid screening, and paid trial process.

• Monthly salary of 1200 USD upon hiring, determined by responsibility and demonstrated capability rather than tenure.

• Upon passing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.
