Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the trial period.

• For hiring operations: identify, evaluate, and recruit candidates; manage the process from start to finish; source potential candidates; follow up and schedule interviews; maintain an accurate tracking system; pinpoint process inefficiencies.

• For client delivery operations: organize, brief, follow up, and deliver client projects; adhere to timelines; properly brief the team; ensure work does not stall.

• Recognize what has fallen behind, determine the necessary actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make genuine calls daily and be evaluated based on the quality of your decisions.

• Make decisions on live tasks during the paid trial and receive immediate feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment once hired, making this your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, work for 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time within our working hours, while retaining your current job.

• If successful, provide notice and join us full-time within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must be based in South Africa.

• You will track your working hours using our time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point in the past 12 months.

• Misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• Completion of aptitude tests with a defined minimum score.

• Verification of previous employment, including dates, title, and paid status, supported by contracts and payslips.

• Ability to make and take ownership of decisions, including those that may not yield positive outcomes.

• Capability to discern which decisions fall within your responsibility.

• Willingness to accept feedback and adapt accordingly.

• Ability to identify ineffective processes and raise concerns.

• Clear and honest written communication skills.

• Starting salary of 1000 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and demonstrated abilities, rather than length of service.

• Following a successful 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.
