Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of Drop Zero Digital's AI image services.

• Take ownership of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific focus determined during the trial period.

• For the hiring role: manage the entire funnel, including sourcing candidates, following up, scheduling interviews, maintaining trackers, and identifying any inefficiencies in the process.

• For the client delivery role: plan, brief, follow up on, and deliver client work; manage timelines, brief the team, and prevent any delays.

• Recognize when tasks have fallen behind, determine the necessary actions, and resolve issues proactively without needing direction.

• Make daily operational decisions and take responsibility for the results.

• Identify ineffective processes and communicate issues clearly and transparently.

• Complete a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks while performing the actual job duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be full-time upon hiring, making this your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a designated time within our working hours; you may retain your current job during the trial.

• If successful, provide notice and transition to full-time employment within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must be based in South Africa.

• Track your working hours using the company’s time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.

• Employment details, including employer, dates, title, and paid status, must be verified through contracts and payslips.

• Monthly salary of 1300 USD upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and proven capabilities rather than duration of employment.

• A 50 percent pay increase upon passing your 90-day performance review.
