Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the paid trial.

• Manage hiring processes from start to finish, which includes sourcing, screening, following up, scheduling, tracker management, and pinpointing process failures.

• Organize, brief, pursue, and deliver client work.

• Maintain timelines and ensure that work progresses without delays.

• Identify any missed deadlines, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make significant decisions daily and take responsibility for the results.

• Recognize ineffective processes and communicate issues clearly and candidly.

• Make decisions on active work from the very first week of the trial.

• Receive direct feedback on your decisions and adjust as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment once hired; this will be your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time within our working hours.

• You may retain your current job during the paid trial period.

• If successful, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Must have a reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills are required.

• Must be located in Romania.

• Track your working hours using the company's time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will disqualify you from consideration.

• Starting salary of 1500 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and proven capabilities, not by tenure.

• A 50% salary increase upon passing your 90-day review.
