Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, as decided during the trial period.

• Manage hiring funnels from start to finish, encompassing sourcing, screening, follow-ups, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process inefficiencies.

• Plan, brief, pursue, and deliver client projects while adhering to timelines and preventing any work delays.

• Recognize any missed deadlines, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively without needing prompts.

• Make significant decisions on a daily basis and take responsibility for their outcomes.

• Identify ineffective processes, including those within the company, and communicate issues transparently and honestly.

• Successfully complete the application process, including the written step, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must work full-time once hired, making this your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours daily with us, 2 of which must be during set hours within our workday, while retaining your current job.

• Upon successful completion of the trial, you are expected to give notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Must have reliable internet service with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, verified live with us.

• Proficient written English is required.

• Candidates must be based in the Philippines.

• You will need to track your work hours using our time tracking tool from day one.

• It is essential to have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Employment history will be verified through employer contact, including dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.
