Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either the hiring operations or client delivery processes, with the specific area determined during the trial based on demonstrated competencies.

• For hiring operations, manage the entire funnel: sourcing, screening, following up, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying any inefficiencies.

• For client delivery operations, plan, brief, follow up, and deliver client work; ensure timelines are met, provide clear briefs to the team, and prevent work from stagnating.

• Observe any delays, determine appropriate actions, and complete tasks proactively without needing reminders.

• Make genuine operational decisions daily and take responsibility for their outcomes.

• Identify underperforming processes, including company protocols, and communicate issues transparently and honestly.

• Complete the application process, including an asynchronous interview, aptitude tests, a video introduction, verification, paid screening, and a six-to-eight-week paid trial.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a full-time position once hired, and it will be your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work four hours a day with the company, which includes two hours at a fixed time during the working day; current employment can remain during the trial.

• If the trial is successfully completed, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company.

• Strong proficiency in written English is required.

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Track working hours using the company's time-tracking tool from the very first day.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point within the past 12 months.

• Employment history must be accurately represented and may be verified through contracts and payslips.

• Starting salary of 1000 USD per month, determined by responsibilities and demonstrated capabilities, not by tenure.

• Upon passing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.
