Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either the hiring processes or client delivery operations, with the specific focus determined during the trial based on your demonstrated strengths.

• Manage the hiring process from start to finish, which includes sourcing candidates, screening applicants, following up, scheduling interviews, maintaining trackers, and pinpointing inefficiencies.

• Organize, brief, follow up on, and deliver client work while adhering to timelines and preventing any work delays.

• Be proactive in identifying stalled work, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues independently.

• Make and take responsibility for daily operational decisions.

• Recognize ineffective processes and communicate issues clearly and transparently.

• Make real-time decisions on ongoing work throughout the paid six- to eight-week trial period.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is full-time once hired, and it will be your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours a day with us, including 2 fixed hours within our operational hours; you may maintain your current job during this trial period.

• Upon successful completion, provide notice and transition to full-time employment within 30 days.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed, verified live with us.

• Excellent written English skills.

• Must be located in Mexico.

• Track your working hours using the company’s time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Misrepresentation of employment history will result in disqualification.

• Complete the entire application process, which includes a brief Loom video, written steps, aptitude tests, a recorded video interview, a call with the founder, and a paid trial.

• Starting salary of 1300 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibility and demonstrated capability rather than duration of employment.

• Upon passing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.
