Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.

• Manage either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the trial period.

• For hiring operations: oversee sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, tracking, and pinpoint any ineffective processes.

• For client delivery operations: organize, brief, track, and deliver client projects while adhering to timelines and preventing work delays.

• Recognize any delays, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make daily operational choices and be assessed on their effectiveness.

• Start making decisions on live projects from the first week of the trial and receive immediate feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment upon hiring, making this your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time within our working hours; you may retain your current job during the trial.

• If successful, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Must have a reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed, tested live with us.

• Proficient in written English.

• Located in North Macedonia.

• Track your working hours using the company's time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position within the last 12 months.

• Misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification; employment history will be verified through contracts and payslips.

• Complete a Loom video application, written steps, aptitude assessments, a recorded video interview, a call with the founder, and a paid trial.

• Take ownership of decisions, understand which decisions are within your purview.

• Accept feedback as constructive and adjust accordingly while maintaining sound judgment.

• Identify ineffective processes and communicate issues clearly and honestly.
