Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Expand Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.

• Take charge of either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the specific focus determined during the trial period.

• For hiring operations: manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, following up, scheduling, maintaining trackers, and identifying inefficiencies.

• For client delivery operations: strategize, brief, follow up, and deliver client projects; adhere to timelines; properly brief the team; and ensure work progresses without delays.

• Recognize any setbacks, decide on appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make daily operational decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.

• Make decisions on active projects during the paid trial and respond to immediate feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment once hired, with this being your sole job.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours daily, with 2 of those hours at a scheduled time within our working hours, allowing you to maintain your current job.

• Upon passing the trial, you will provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds, verified live with us.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must reside in Indonesia.

• Track your working hours using the company’s time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have been employed full-time at some point in the last 12 months.

• Employment history, including employer, dates, title, and paid status, will be verified through contracts and payslips.

• Completion of the application process, written assessment, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial is mandatory.

• Monthly salary of 1000 USD upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and demonstrated skills, not by tenure.

• After successfully completing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.

• An annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
