Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Expand the AI image service of Drop Zero Digital.

• Take responsibility for either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the trial period.

• Manage the hiring funnel comprehensively, which includes sourcing, screening, following up, scheduling, maintaining trackers, and identifying process failures.

• Plan, brief, follow up, and deliver client work while adhering to timelines and preventing work delays.

• Identify any overdue tasks, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make autonomous decisions and accept accountability for their results.

• Recognize ineffective processes and effectively communicate challenges with clarity and honesty.

• Complete an asynchronous interview, aptitude assessments, a video introduction, a verification step, a paid screening, and undergo a six-to-eight-week paid trial.

• Make decisions on live projects during the trial and receive immediate feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position is full-time once hired, and it will be your sole job.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours daily, which includes 2 hours at a fixed time within the company's working hours.

• If selected, you will need to give notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required, tested live.

• Proficient written English skills are essential.

• Must be based in Indonesia.

• Track working hours using the company's time tracking tool from the first day.

• Candidates must have held a full-time position at some point in the last 12 months.

• There are no minimum experience requirements; candidates will be assessed during the trial.

• Employment history must be accurately represented and verifiable through contracts and payslips.

• A salary of 1000 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and demonstrated capabilities.
