Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of Drop Zero Digital’s rapidly growing AI image service.

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client service operations, with the specific area determined during the trial period.

• For hiring operations: manage the entire funnel, which includes sourcing, following up, scheduling, maintaining trackers, and identifying inefficiencies.

• For client delivery operations: organize, brief, follow up, and deliver client projects; adhere to timelines; provide clear briefs to the team; and prevent work from stagnating.

• Identify any delays in work, determine necessary actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make genuine calls every day and be evaluated on the quality of your decisions.

• Make decisions on active projects during the trial and be open to direct feedback regarding their outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time position upon hiring, and this will be your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time within our working hours, while retaining your current job.

• If you successfully pass the trial, you will provide notice and start full-time with us within 30 days.

• Must have a reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills are required.

• Candidates must be located in Bulgaria.

• You will need to track your working hours using our time tracking tool from day one.

• You must have held a full-time position at some point in the last 12 months.

• Employment history must be accurately documented and verifiable with details from the employer, including dates, titles, paid status, contracts, and payslips.

• Complete an application, a brief asynchronous interview, aptitude tests with a set minimum, a short video introduction, a verification step, a paid screening, and a paid trial.

• Ability to make independent decisions, take ownership of those decisions, identify appropriate decision-making responsibilities, respond constructively to feedback, improve rapidly, recognize failing processes, and communicate clearly and honestly.

• Starting salary of 1200 USD per month upon hire, based on responsibilities and proven capabilities, rather than tenure.

• Successful completion of your 90-day review will result in a 50% salary increase.

• An annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.

• 15 days of paid leave annually, increasing with tenure, in addition to public holidays in your country.

• Paid sick leave is provided.

• A coworking allowance is also available.

• Paid screening for a few days and a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks.

• Completion payment upon finishing the trial, regardless of whether you are hired.

• If the trial is terminated early, you will be compensated for the days you worked.
