Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area decided during the paid trial period.

• For hiring operations: manage the entire funnel, including sourcing candidates, following up, scheduling interviews, maintaining the tracker, and pinpointing any process failures.

• For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and deliver client projects; ensure timelines are met, provide clear briefs to the team, and prevent any delays.

• Proactively identify issues that have arisen, determine necessary actions, and resolve them independently.

• Make significant operational decisions daily and take responsibility for the results.

• Recognize when processes are not functioning effectively, including organizational processes, and communicate issues transparently and honestly.

• Complete the application, written assessment, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and undergo a six-to-eight-week paid trial as part of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment once hired; this will be your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a designated time within our working hours; you may maintain your current job during the trial.

• Upon successful completion, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must be located in Bulgaria.

• Track work hours using the company’s time-tracking tool from the first day.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point in the last 12 months.

• Employment history provided must be verifiable through employer, including dates, titles, paid status, contracts, and payslips.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• Salary of 1500 USD per month upon hiring, based on responsibilities and demonstrated capabilities rather than tenure.
