Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service.

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the paid trial period.

• In hiring operations: identify, screen, and recruit candidates; manage the entire hiring funnel; source potential hires; follow up, schedule interviews, maintain the tracker, and pinpoint process shortcomings.

• In client delivery operations: organize, brief, follow up, and deliver client projects; oversee timelines; properly brief the team; and prevent work delays.

• Identify any issues that arise, determine appropriate actions, and resolve problems proactively.

• Make significant operational decisions daily and take responsibility for the results.

• Engage in a six- to eight-week paid trial where you will perform the actual job responsibilities.

• Make decisions on ongoing work from the first week and be responsive to direct feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment once hired, making this your sole employment.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time within our working hours; you may retain your current job during the trial.

• If successful, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with our team.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must reside in Brazil.

• Track working hours using the company’s time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position within the last 12 months.

• Employment history will be verified through the employer, including dates, job title, paid status, contract, and payslips.

• Misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• Monthly salary of 1300 USD upon hiring, determined by responsibility and demonstrated capabilities, not tenure.
