Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the expansion of Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the paid trial.

• For hiring operations: manage sourcing, screening, follow-ups, scheduling, tracking, and the complete hiring funnel.

• Recognize when the hiring process is ineffective.

• For client delivery operations: organize, brief, follow up on, and deliver client projects.

• Maintain timelines, ensure proper team briefings, and avoid project delays.

• Identify any delays, determine appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively.

• Make substantial operational decisions and accept responsibility for the results.

• Communicate problems transparently and accurately, including any process failures.

• Make decisions regarding active projects from the first week of the trial and integrate direct feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment upon hiring, and this will be your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work 4 hours daily with us, 2 of which must be at a designated time within our working hours, while you can retain your current job.

• Upon successful completion, provide notice and transition to full-time within 30 days.

• Must have reliable internet, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed, verified live with us.

• Proficient written English is essential.

• Must be located in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• You will track your work hours using our time tracking tool from the very first day.

• Must have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Employment history will be verified through employer references, dates, titles, paid status, contracts, and payslips.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• Applications must include a brief Loom video.

• Complete a written step that addresses internet speed, computer specifications, and answers in your own words.

• Successfully complete aptitude tests with a stipulated minimum score.

• Participate in a recorded one-take video interview.

• Engage in a brief call with the founder.

• Complete a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks.

• Starting salary of 1500 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibilities and demonstrated capabilities, rather than tenure.

• After passing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.

• An annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.

• 15 days of paid leave each year, increasing with tenure, in addition to your country's public holidays.

• Completion payment will be given at the end of the trial, regardless of hiring outcome.
