Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the trial period.

• Manage hiring funnels comprehensively: sourcing, screening, following up, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying any process failures.

• Oversee client delivery operations: planning, briefing, following up, managing timelines, and ensuring that work progresses smoothly.

• Recognize any delays, decide on appropriate actions, and resolve issues proactively without needing prompts.

• Make impactful decisions on a daily basis and take responsibility for the results.

• Identify ineffective processes and communicate issues clearly and transparently.

• Complete a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks while performing the actual job on live projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commit to full-time work once hired, making this your sole job.

• During the paid trial, you will work 4 hours daily with us, 2 of which must be at a fixed time within our working hours, while you may retain your current job.

• If successful, you will provide notice and transition to full-time with us within 30 days.

• Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English is essential.

• Candidates must be located in Argentina.

• You will begin tracking your working hours using our time tracking tool from day one.

• You should have held a full-time position at some point within the last 12 months.

• Employment details, including employer, dates, title, and paid status, must be verifiable through contracts and payslips.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• A salary of 1300 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibility and proven capability, rather than tenure.

• After successfully passing your 90-day review, your salary will increase by 50 percent.

• An annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.

• Paid trial from the first day: half pay for the initial two weeks, full pay from the third week onward, and a completion bonus once the trial concludes, regardless of hiring status.
