Operations Associate – Client Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Expand the company's AI image service.

• Take charge of either the hiring process or client delivery operations, with the specific area determined during the trial based on your demonstrated strengths.

• For hiring operations: identify, screen, and recruit candidates; manage the entire funnel; source applicants; follow up; arrange interviews; maintain the tracker; and pinpoint process shortcomings.

• For client delivery operations: strategize, brief, monitor, and deliver client projects; oversee timelines; brief the team; and prevent any work from getting delayed.

• Recognize any issues that arise, make decisions on actions to take, and resolve problems proactively.

• Make genuine daily decisions and take responsibility for their outcomes.

• Identify ineffective processes, including those within the company, and communicate issues clearly and transparently.

• Complete a paid trial lasting six to eight weeks, during which you will perform the actual job and make decisions on active projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time commitment upon hiring, making this your sole job.

• During the paid trial, work four hours daily with us, two of which must be at a fixed time within our working hours; you may retain your current job during this trial period.

• If successful, you will need to provide notice and join us full-time within 30 days.

• Reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds, tested live with us.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Must reside in Albania.

• Track work hours using the company's time tracking tool from day one.

• Must have held a full-time position within the last 12 months.

• Employment history listed must be verifiable through the employer, including dates, job title, paid status, contract, and payslips.

• Any misrepresentation of employment history will lead to disqualification.

• Starting salary of 1500 USD per month upon hiring, determined by responsibility and demonstrated capabilities rather than tenure.
