Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Engage with users in Ukrainian, English, Chinese, and Spanish via chats and emails regarding the company's websites and services.

• Work a shift from 16:00 to 24:00.

• Forward complex inquiries to other departments.

• Take a 30-minute break and utilize additional opportunities to step away for 10–15 minutes during the shift.

• Participate in meetings for team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in written Spanish (B2).

• Proficiency in English (B2+).

• Experience in customer service via email, chat, and/or in-person.

• Initiative and organizational skills.

• Willingness to discuss issues and propose solutions.

• Ability to take responsibility for achievements and setbacks.

• Capacity to manage your working time during shifts.

• Desire to learn and grow in the IT field.

• Willingness to work night shifts 5–6 times a month.
