Operations Analyst II – Logistics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the re-scheduling and assignment of delivery orders for high-volume and high-impact partners that require manual intervention.

• Liaise with Operations stakeholders when orders are not received, picked up, or returned at a facility by canceling, rescheduling, or creating orders through Google Sheets.

• Report damaged packages arriving at facilities to Operations for communication with Merchants.

• Oversee order assignments at the conclusion of delivery windows across various time zones and retrieve orders that missed assignment.

• Extract unassigned orders and take appropriate action based on Merchant preferences, including rescheduling or canceling, while sharing orders with the Operations team for communication with Merchants.

• Compile and share information with the Operations team for trend analysis and reactive action planning.

• Convey and manage time-sensitive information with the Operations team and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work overnight and weekend shifts.

• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Excel formulas and data entry.

• Competence with Pivot Tables and data cleaning.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and escalating issues as necessary.

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Hands-on experience in logistics, operations, and data management is required.

• Experience in operations, supply chain analysis, catalog management, or Parcel Support is a plus.

• Must be able to work on Saturdays.

• Completion of a remote client interview is required if selected for an interview.
