Operations Analyst – Continuous Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily activities related to business travel.

• Assist with requests for flights, accommodations, modifications, cancellations, and quotes.

• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure replies are delivered within service level agreements (SLAs).

• Recognize bottlenecks, failures, rework, and operational hazards.

• Suggest enhancements to procedures, controls, metrics, and workflows.

• Collaborate on automation and internal improvements with the Product and Technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Understanding of data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and objectives and key results (OKRs).

• Strong proficiency in Excel and a comfort level with technology.

• Experience in documenting, tracking, and prioritizing requests within systems.

• Basic understanding of customer service, support, Customer Success, or operational roles.

• Preferred: experience in operations, customer service, support, Customer Success, or back-office functions.

• Preferred: background in tourism, business travel, travel agencies, consolidators, loyalty programs, or hospitality.

• Preferred: experience in startups or companies with streamlined organizational structures.

• Preferred: knowledge in process improvement, documentation, metrics, or automation.

• Preferred: familiarity with artificial intelligence tools utilized in the workplace.

• Preferred: residing in Belo Horizonte or the adjacent metropolitan area.

• Preferred: involvement in junior enterprise programs.
