Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze operational processes and pinpoint automation possibilities within order management, procurement, logistics, and customer experience.

• Develop and sustain automated workflows utilizing AI tools and integrations.

• Extract data from operational databases to generate analyses that inform decisions rather than just producing reports.

• Create and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for each operational phase; establish alerts to address issues before they are noticed by humans.

• Work in collaboration with the technology team to integrate automations into production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or a related data-oriented role.

• Proficient in SQL — including joins, aggregations, and time windows on extensive datasets.

• Hands-on experience with AI — having developed real automations using LLMs or other AI tools.

• Understanding of database fundamentals — including relational models, schema design, and query performance optimization.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Preferred experience in cross-border e-commerce or B2C marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre).

• Familiarity with data pipelines / ETL processes is a plus.

• Experience with BI tools (such as Redash, Metabase, Grafana) is advantageous.

• Exposure to logistics or marketplace management systems like OMS, TMS, WMS, and PMS is beneficial.

• A background in engineering or quantitative fields (such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering) is preferred.
