Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity throughout the division.

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives.

• Provide training and guidance on operational processes and best practices.

• Create and sustain efficient workflows that support operational outcomes and informed decision-making.

• Improve internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools, and best practices.

• Perform financial analysis and prepare regular reports.

• Oversee and optimize order processing and fulfillment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to lead meetings and deliver effective presentations.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using Power BI.

• Familiarity with SAP/TCIC systems.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify process gaps and implement improvements.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
