Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze operational data and reports to pinpoint trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.

• Assist in the operational processes of managed services and support service delivery initiatives.

• Create and sustain regular operational reports and dashboards.

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document necessary processes.

• Aid in the root cause analysis and resolution of operational challenges.

• Document workflows, procedures, and any improvements to processes.

• Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and operational advancements.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout reporting activities.

• Foster productive working relationships across business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required OR a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

• Experience in reporting and operational analysis is advantageous.

• Familiarity with managed services environments is a plus.
