This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Execute the franchisee store launch program, which encompasses operational training and marketing evaluations.
• Maintain expertise and proficiency in operations and training.
• Engage with franchise owners prior to and following their store openings.
• Organize pre-opening timelines, training sessions, shift management, scheduling, ordering, and daily/nightly documentation.
• Relay opening milestones, possible delays, and challenges to the Operations Manager and other relevant personnel.
• Conduct follow-ups with restaurants after they open and visit stores that are underperforming.
• Create action plans to rectify deficiencies and uphold brand standards.
• Visit all stores at least biannually.
• Enhance operational standards through guidance, training, and development of management skills.
• Educate franchisees and store staff to adhere to the franchise model and system.
• Instruct franchisees and employees on the safe operation and handling of equipment and products.
• Review P&L statements and provide franchises with best practice advice.
• Collaborate with franchisees to pinpoint needs and opportunities and define the scope of investigations.
• Counsel the Support Department on franchisee matters and follow up on its behalf.
• Gather brand-compliance data and assist franchisees in enhancing their image.
• Support corporate planning for regional meetings.
• Complete, maintain, and process necessary paperwork, records, and daily reports.
• Manage daily and weekly schedules in Microsoft Outlook at least two weeks ahead.
• Travel 70–80% both within and outside the designated region.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled in using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Credit card with sufficient credit limit for expense coverage.
• Solid background in the relevant industry.
• Experience in sales and business operations.
• Capability to interpret profit and loss statements.
• Prior restaurant experience is required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 70–80% of the time.
